1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Boardoro ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Services Provided
Boardoro provides a directory of Local Game Stores (LGS), a calendar of events, and a tool for comparing buy-list prices ("Deals"). We act as an intermediary platform connecting players with independent retailers.
Note: Boardoro does not sell physical inventory directly. All transactions initiated through our "Buy" or "Sell" features are completed between you and the respective third-party store.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features (such as "Claiming a Store" or "Saving a Deal"), you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. For Store Owners
If you claim a business page on Boardoro, you certify that you are the authorized owner or manager of that establishment.
- Accuracy: You agree to keep opening hours and event schedules accurate to the best of your ability.
- Verification: We reserve the right to revoke access if verification fails or if the account is used for malicious purposes.
- Pricing: Any buy-list offers or product prices listed via our API must be honored at the store location, subject to card condition verification.
5. Marketplace & Deals
The "Local Deals" and "Sell" features provide price estimates based on data provided by stores or third-party marketplaces (e.g., Cardmarket, TCGPlayer).
Price Fluctuations: TCG prices are volatile. The price shown on Boardoro is an estimate. The final transaction price is determined by the Store Owner at the point of sale, based on the physical condition of your cards.
6. Intellectual Property
Boardoro is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Fan Content Policy. Not approved/endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Boardoro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
